David Wacker, Ph.D., Department of Pediatrics, University of Iowa Children’s Hospital
Dr. Wacker’s clinical interests focus on the outpatient assessment of children and adults with severe problem behaviors.  His research interests include Functional Analysis, Functional Communication Training, proactive treatment of severe challenging behaviors, early parental intervention of severe problem behaviors in home settings and sterotypical behaviors.

Keith Allen, Ph.D., BCBA-D., Munroe-Meyer Institute for Genetics and Rehabilitation, and Professor in Pediatrics, University of Nebraska Medical Center.
Dr. Allen’s research and clinical interests include behavioral parent training, pain and stress-related disorders in children, autism spectrum

May Institute is currently accepting resumes for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst to provide consultation to Tricare-insured consumers with developmental disabilities in Montgomery, AL.

Responsibilities:

  • Completing functional behavioral assessments
  • Completing skill assessments
  • Developing and monitoring behavior support plans and individualized treatment plans
  • Completing progress reports
  • Analyzing data
  • Conducting staff and teacher/parent training

Requirements:

  • BCBA or BCABA certification
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively within a variety of situations
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent time management skills
